e30 zone log in

Hi, I'm having trouble logging in to the e30zone site and wondered if any of you lot could help. I have lost my nickname and password but can only find an option on the site to reset just the password, which is useless if you can't remember either. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to contact them without logging in so I'm a bit stumped.
I would appreciate some help if you can.
