Trying to get access to the two front windscreen washer nozzles on my 2005 X3 (E83).

The pump is working, but only a dribble coming out.

When this happened on my old 5 series, it was because the water had frozen and caused pipe to come off the nozzle assembly - I am assuming the same has happened here, but cant get to the back of the nozzles from under the bonnet.

There appears to be two black discs (about 100 MM diameter) but cant see how to get them off.

Any help greatly appreciated!

thanks

Andrew

Can't offer any suggestions about the discs but when I had a similar problem on my E39 I found that not only had one pipe come off but there were several splits in the various bits attached to the bonnet. BMW apparently no longer sell the black piping but I found some which I will wager is the same but sold by another company for a different application. I had to buy a roll so have a fair bit left if you need it, can't remember what it cost but it didn't break the bank!
