e36 convertible roof and front windows not working

hi im trying to sort the full electric roof and font windows not working on a e36 328i.the car has been in storage and battery was dead,fitted new battery and everything works except the roof and front windows (rears work fine) checked all fuses and put roof down manually and tried to sync motors but nothing, any ideas please
