It should be with the tool kit...per manual, location being:

Coupe
The onboard tool kit is stored in a compartment
on the right-hand side of the cargo bay.
Remove the cover.

Convertible
The onboard tool kit is stored in a pouch under
the cargo bay floor panel.

If it's not there, your dealer can replace. Apparently about £10 or so.

I have a pouch with a few items in it but I was more wondering where my wheel locking nut is. I have just purchased the car so I was wondering if it was in an odd location OR it was just not in the car.

Yeah, I think the pouch should have the towing hook and the locking wheel nut key in it. No other location for that to be stored. Some people find it rolling about near the battery mind you, might be work a look down the sides just incase.

As per above, it should be one of the items in the pouch.

Make sure you check the pouch properly. The locking nut was in there for my e93 but it's smaller than I thought and needed s good shake to get it out.
