BMW "Connected" Question?

Would anyone have a dummies guide to the myriad of "Connected" options that BMW seem to offer please?

Looking at the M140i (assume the options are the same across the 1 series but you never know) with Pro Nav.

I believe with new that you get 3 years bundled but 3 years of exactly what?

Considering I work in IT the options are a bit of an eye opener

I have a 3 series with pro nav and you get

3 years of real time traffic
3 years of automatic map updates
3 years of teleservices
3 years of bmw assist

Then unlimited access to the connected store. Some stuff costs (media package, CarPlay etc) others is built in like Spotify integration

You also get a year of Online Entertainment subscription (Deezer or Napster as a one time choice) which uses the car's SIM card to download tracks and doesn't require your phone to be attached like it would if you were using Spotify etc.
