INPA and NCS Expert

IMPA works perfectly no issues

NCX Expert just won't work VIN faulty codes version all the way to 10.04 still the same. I need to change some things door locking and and delete some modules that I have removed. I have done it on other cars just this one I am not sure if I need another program with it being a December 2005 model E46

My head is done in moved files and updates trying to get it to work used IMPA to get the VIn and entered it manual still nothing.

Yup - me too. I recognise E46 but nowt else. Sounds like you need a specialist forum section for this?

Was thinking of trying a different decan cable but there is hardly any info on them that I need

Might have stubbled accross on to it

You need a switch one

BMW INPA K + DCAN Interface with Switch for SSS ISTA NCS Coding Winkfp Programing Support E serials

You will get a error on auto switch ones

problem solved.

if any one wants to code there car and is getting a issue use a switch K+DCAN cable with FT232RQ.

this give you the option to go between the 2 modules to read the ECU.

opening all doors one click
open all windows hold unlock botton

i have downloaded all modules and going thought the lot see what els can have fun with.

this is all the steps i did just to do this one but works the same on all modules.

turn the ignition too position 2.

open NCS Expert
clock on file then load profile
Expertmode
VIN/ZCS/FA
ZCS/FA f. ECU
E46
AKMB
then click back
Prosess ECU
GM5
change job
CODERDATEN LESEN
execute job

don,t close NCS Expert just yet.

this is when the file will be saved, this is now when you use ECS Dummy to edit the file FSW_PSW.TRC

Chases E46
Module, you need to go though the GM5.CO profiles each one until you see check boxes
load you file.

once you have done the changed you need to do.

click Export PSW/PSW file to a .MAN file

go back to NCS EXPERT

Change Job
SG_CODEREN
Execute Job

turn off ignition.

boom all done.
