F30 service history disappeared

Hi all,
I recently had my 2013 318d m sport in for a full service with BMW. Now I’m sure I’m not going mad, but before it went in I could access the full service history of past services. However I’ve noticed today that I can’t seem to find these past details. The display happily shows me how long until the required items need servicing, but I just can’t find the previous history.
Am I going mad or is it possible for BMW to have erased this feature, when resetting the specific items?
Anyone had this happen before.

Sounds like you need to go back to the servicing garage and have the service information reloaded onto the idrive
What happens is
1. Garage does the service
2. Service details uploaded to BMW central computer
3. Car connected to dealer computer, existing history erased
4. History downloaded from BMW onto idrive
