Help - thinking of a 59 plate 116I (petrol)

Looking at a 116i on a 59 plate with 50k on the clock tomorrow morning, I'm not familiar with BMW's so any help would be appreciated.

Any known faults to look for?

Last serviced March 2017, I'm told service intervals are 18k / 2 years, us that correct?

N43 is the engine code. Yes they are bad.
