340 power upgrades

So as some might know I’m running a 67 plate 340i
It has the MSPK so about 360bhp but has anyone had theirs tuned by BMW or others to keep warranty with power gains beyond 360??

Once you've had the mppk any tuning after that you're on your own regards the bmw warranty.

If you want a quicker more focused bmw get an m3.

From what I understand, the MPPK is a different ECU, not a remap (apparently the encryption on the B58 hasn't been cracked yet), so you're limited to tuning boxes - whether these will work on top of the revised ECU is anyone's guess.
