BMW new turbo installed need tips!!

Hi guys,

Just installed a new (reconditioned) turbo into my BMW e92. Is there any tips on how i should drive my car for the first few trips or can i drive it normally?

I guess this is toolate now, but here goes anyway.

Before starting the engine, use a syringe to force some clean engine oil into the bearings. Fit the turbo, and the oil feed pipe.
Disable the car, change the oil, oil filter and air filter. Crank the engine over in 30 second blasts until oil comes out of the oil return on the turbo.
Reassemble everything.

Drive gently for 5 or 10 miles.

Sorted.
