E61 Tailight ditry

Excuse the title spelling, no way to edit.

Anyone had this or know how to clean it?
Can I get to this bit simply.

Did try a google but no success.

Just remove the light and clean it. It’s only around the edge of the fitting that’s not sealed.

Thanks for confirming. Didn't want to remove it only to have wasted my time.
