E39 Front Subframe Bushes - Urgent Help Needed

My 2001 E39 530d Touring is in the local BMW emporium having it's front subframe replaced after snapping the L/H antiroll bar mount bracket clean off. The garage has just rung to say that at least one of the subframe mounting bushes is broken and needs replacing and they don't know if they can get any, they will ring me tomorrow. I thought I would do a few searches just in case - and nobody seems to sell them. We have a 4000km trip round the family in the UK in May so this is a major worry. Anybody know who still supplies these please?

Front subframe mounting bushes? it doesn't have any as the subframe mounts directly to the chassis AFAIK

Yes it's all a bit odd, I had a call from the garage this morning and they said they had found a broken bush where the subframe mounts to the car, and then they were a bit vague about whether the bushes were still in production. This afternoon I had a few minutes and scanned the OEM and, as you say, there are no bushes. They promised to ring me with news tomorrow morning but I'm thinking that unless it is clear that everything is sorted I will drive over there after lunch and see for myself exactly what is going on, can't go in the morning unfortunately as my wife has a blood test.

Just had a call to say that they have got the offending piece coming tomorrow so panic over. I shall try and find out exactly what it was then, in the meantime thanks for your interest, much appreciated!
