E46 battery drain

Hi all, have an e46 320cd m sport with a battery drain problem.
The car draws 0.2 amps whilst idle and has been traced back to fuse 39 - telephone. when pulled the current draw from the battery is as it should be.
Any ideas as to what specific system in the car is causing this?
Has a bmw business cd w/ ipod connectivity, bluetooth integration and the sharkfin antenna.
