My car has no jack, however has jacking points front and back on each side.

My previous car was a 5 Series and I had a trolley jacking point under the engine. Is the E63 the same? If I wanted to put the front on stands and remove both front wheels, where is the best location to put the stands?

The owner's manual should point you in the right direction...but if you don't have one, then the jacking points are on the sills, about a foot behind the front wheel and forward of the rear wheel.

You might need a jack pad/plug to avoid damage to the sills/jacking point though.

Thanks mmm, that’s really helpful. It’s pretty much the same as my old 5 series.

There’ll be a jacking point, front/middle on the sub frame

Use these to get the car high enough to allow you to get the trolley jack under:

I use these on my current 730D land barge and used them on my previous E38 and E39s, zero issues and come in very handy
