Help!!

Some help needed.....
I am no longer receiving routes through the BMW portal !!, i cannot work out why , i have used this without problems for two years but after creating a route and then saving and sending to car it now does not arrive!, am i missing something obvious?, any help would be appreciated

There's been some issues with it recently as far as I know.

It was hit and miss for me for a while but not had any problems over last few days.
