Hi guys,

got a weird one for you- if someone has experience in this or know a fix that would be awesome...

So...... its not every time I fire it up, but id say maybe 75% of the time when I turn the key and the engine turns over, one mile is added to the odometer....once in a blue moon TWO miles are added...

Its a '92 325is coupe, with very low mileage anyways, so I guess I can afford a few extra miles on top, but im wandering if someone else has seen this before?
I don't wanna go down the route of clocking it back but if I can sort it out before it starts adding hundreds then that would be great!

Thanks guys.

Does the trip advance too? Does the main odometer show decimals (I assume not).
The thing to do is to check as you arrive home, is the odometer about to advance. That is, has the last mile gone by with no change? If so, then maybe that is a rounding/settling up to where it should be.
