Are G30s selling?

I see a fair few, mainly 520ds, but there is a 540i round my way.

Honestly of late I’ve seen more G30’s than F10’s... possibly so many are company cars getting chopped back in

I’ve literally done it once Reading to London Bridge Rush hour.... never ever ever again.

Am I alone in thinking they are fairly ugly?

I think I prefer the rear of the F10 but honestly have not had one parked beside the other for a comparison.
They appear long but I doubt they are any different to the F10

No, I think they are ugly; particularly the grille

I’ve had worse no it was the vast numbers of cyclists on the road overtaking undertaking then racing each other off the lights. Frankly some of them are a danger to themselves and others.

BMW Head Office is in Farnbourgh so often plenty around that are staff cars. We have one at the moment and I really like it. Good looking car in my eyes.

There is a G31 Police RPU car on test doing the rounds, Kent currently have it.

I know my dealer has an odd mix of G30's for sale and only one or two 20'd variants. Most are 30D or 40i with the odd e variant.

I see a few. Most 520d’s on motorway and a scatter of 530d and only one 540i.

They are struggling to sell, Ive spoken with a few different groups. You’ll see signs or be told in BMW dealerships that “we’ll match or beat your best like for like price”.

The simple reason is price. It’s overinflated and you can get a 520d near £50k and 540i over £61k. List price.

I almost bought a new 540i a month ago. I like it a lot, but the price is too high and the residual horribly low. Even with the huge contributions, it broke the deal for me.

I really think they’ve messed up pricing on a great car.

All I ever see are de-badged ones - so 520ds at best (mind you I am only a few miles from Farnborough)!

Not always. I de-badge my cars. Current one is latest RS4. Last one was C7 RS6. One before that Alpina D5.
I had an E61 530d too but left the badge on that
