19" Winter Run Flats - has anyone tried this?

Has anyone fitted run flat winter tyres on their 19 inch rims before? If so, any thoughts/experiences regarding grip/feel would be welcome.

I'm definitely going to put winters on my F30, but this will be the first time I've considered run-flat winters and so would love to hear any experiences from others? And yes, I want to keep the 19 inch rims on too. Moon on a stick perhaps?

I had 20” Scorpions on my X5. RF’s as well. Worked fine.
