E46 Convertible prices

Been trying to shift my E46 convertible for a few months but not a sniff. It’s on the usual sites gumtree, car & classic and recently was up for auction on eBay.

No visits, a few messages offering silly bids and only the auction managed to get to £1k. It’s a early auto 323ci, 11months mot with no advisories. Spent a few quid on it this year on suspension, power steering pump, pcv valve, with the only bad parts being slight bubbling on the front arches, and the wheels could do with a refurb.

I know it’s not a sport, or the larger 6 pot and I know selling as we come into winter is not the best idea but is it really only worth a £1k these days?

I’d say it’s worth £1500-£1800 this time of year. Sell it in March/April and you might get a bit more?

Similar to me OP. Had my 330ci up for a couple of weeks at 1750 and zero interest so I’ve pulled the ad and I’ll just keep it I think. It’s got no rust, Goodyear’s Eagles all round, Bilstein B8s etc..
Was expecting a few low offers but nothing at all!

I paid £2kish for my 52 plate 330ci coupe, didn’t seem to be any difference in price for a convertible which is what we were originally after. I just couldn’t find a good one.
