E12c01 & E12c03 error codes

Car: 2011 535xi (f10)
I got an error code of E12C01 & E12C03.
With a drivetrain malfunction warning, and half of my engine shut down.
Turned it off for a few mins and the warning went away. But now I notice at idle there's a little shake and wobble from the motor, and also first gear gets a bit jerky.
Anybody have a fix or know whats wrong?
I was going to swap out to coils and Sparks this weekend to see if that helps, car only has 65k miles on it.
Any advice would help.
