F30/F31 service question

Morning all,

I have a 2014 320D and it is currently on 115k. The idrive says it has had 4 services and is due one now.

This is my 1st BMW I have had to service. I can not seem to to find any info online when an Ispection A or B is scheduled for this generation.

All I want to know what is needed before I call the indy to book the car in.

Also does anyone knows of a good BMW specialist in the Strood/Rochester area?

There is no inspection services anymore it’s condition based

Oil and micro filter needs doing every time
Then every other is fuel/air filter etc.

Then brake fluid is 2 years (again idrive will tell you)

Personally...ignore the CBS when it comes to servicing...

If you want it to carry on lasting then I definitely would be changing the oil and filter every 10k and simply don't reset it on the interim one just let it count down.

Are you aware of which engine is also the N47? Which has a history of timing chain problems, at that mileage I would at least check it also sounds "healthly" more so if it has no record of being changed as it around that mileage they can cause issues.

Saying that I do question how much better the B47 will be long term as it uses many of the same components as the final N47's (which are supposed to be better than the older ones).
