Dragon Autoworks
Discussion
Hi all,
Been reading for years but never registered. So thanks for all the informative info over the years!
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good garage in the South Wales area (I'm in Cardiff) for servicing and also for some performance work.
I have heard good things about forzaGB... but I would love it if I could get a garage that I could use for everything (service / mot / performance upgrades).
Has anyone used dragon autoworks? I like there website but can't seem to find them mentioned anywhere on the forums here or elsewhere. Wondering if that's a bad sign.
Thanks
Jb

There is a thread in the South Wales section about them.
I had some work done by them this time last year. Overall, not impressed, one of the jobs was to fit a new window regulator, they cut out the door gasket, didn't replace it or patch it, so had water ingress into the cabin. Just had to have several electrical connectors changed in that door as well due to corrossion.
A customer of mine used them, was told they would be using genuine BMW parts, it since transpires they were pattern parts, but seems BMW prices were charged.
Somebody else who used them said overall he wasn't impressed and for an extra £50 he could have had the service done at Sytner.
