325 ti subframe
Discussion
For some reason the 325tis don't seem to suffer from rust anything like as much as all the other E46 models.
And they have quite a following on here (124 pages of it):- https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
I loved my Imola Red 325ti Sport, but needed a change after 3 years. As it was supposed to be my practical car I went more practical and got an E91 325i - but the 325ti was so much more fun!
I think I need to find a 130i.

Mr tidy; one of the nicest looking cars on the road is a z4 coupe
Re the 325ti that’s frustrating doesn’t encourage a buyer at all does it
Cheers - I just had to have a Z4 Coupe in my life, and have done for over 4 years now. Re the 325ti that’s frustrating doesn’t encourage a buyer at all does it
Shame about the 325ti, but starting it's life in Scotland may not have helped.
Anyway it seems like time for a gratuitous photo, so here it is!
Stunning! I’m thinking of selling my westfield to buy one it’s worth similar money to a regular 3.0si but if I change my daily for a much more expensive M135i I won’t be getting a z4m as originally planned- plus I think i’d Be happy with the n52 again in a small coupe.
I might enjoy a little bit of the nice weather in the Westy & advertise it as sale/swap for z4c 3.0si

I love your Westy - but I'm too old for something like that now. Edited by skypeller on Saturday 12th January 07:46

But your E46 looks great too - if it's a facelift 330Ci and you ever think of selling it please let me know!
CSL (Reps?) are great wheels - I got a set of 18s this week. Will probably put them on my E91.
As far as Z4 Coupes go, the M is obviously the ultimate but they're pretty much twice the price of the 3 litre and I'm not convinced they are twice as good.
Apologies for the derailment OP - 325ti Compacts are great cars. I still miss mine.

Mr tidy;
Yes you’re right about z4m v’s 3.0si in my opinion.
Don’t worry I wasn’t trying to get you to swap haha you hold onto that car I’m certain they’ll raise in value soon. They’ve held good money so far!
Re- poster- 325ti did you manage to view it?

I offered to come sunday if it was any easier but he wouldn't confirm a location , just said drive down and phone and he'll say if he's at work or home .

It's a pre-facelift car: The outer edges of the indicators slope downwards, and the side repeaters are rectangular. On the facelift cars, the outer edges of the indicators point upwards, and the side repeaters are triangular - See below (Ignore the fact that one's a Ci version, and the other is a Msport version, the facelift mods are the same for both models):
Gassing Station | BMW General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

mechanically felt really solid but rusty .
