Bmw 118d engine upgrades

[tombmw118]

Hi, timing chain was going on my bmw 118d so have currently taken the engine out and a new chain is arriving soon.
Was looking to upgrade the turbo but was unsure where too look and what to get?!?
Also if there is anything else you would do whilst the engine is out?
Many thanks in advance
Tom
