A way to tell by looking if iDrive has BT streaming?

I'm considering a new estate, possibly the A4 Quattro or F30 Xdrive. All of the other pros/cons of either car aside, is there a way to tell whether the BMW has bluetooth streaming just from looking at the dash?

In the Audi, the giveaway is that there's buttons/wheel behind the gearstick. This means it has the MMI which has nav/BT etc.

Is there an equivalent giveaway in the BMW? Is there a button or a screen type or anything which immediately makes it obvious what features it has? It's such a pain to have to ask on an individual basis for each car.
