BMW E90 316d clutch and DMF

Hi,
I have just had my BMW E90 316d clutch kit and Dual Mass Flywheel replaced to resolve difficulty finding gears. However, there is some unusual noise when I step fully on the clutch pedal (I think the clutch fork is rubbing against the pressure plate - also replaced the clutch fork but this did not resolve the noise issue). The other noise comes when I shift to higher gears as I increase the speed. Both of these noises were absent before installation of new clutch kit and new DMF.
Anyone with insights please help to shed light on resolution.
