Looking for bmw e93 330d or 330 . Help !

Hi new to the forum so hopefully someone can help. Looking to buy a e93 but can't find a good one anywhere. Looking for black or silver with the 330d or 330 petrol engine (Not sure if there are any issues with this engine) looking at 70k miles got 8 to 10k to spend.

The early E9* 330i models used the N52 engine, then in 2007 BMW started fitting the N53. It's slightly more powerful and has lower emissions (and therefore cheaper road tax) but it's a direct injection engine. It tends to suffer from coking up and injector and High Pressure Fuel Pump issues. So when I was looking for a petrol E91 last year I only looked for N52s! Mine has now done 138K miles and seems to still be in rude health.

The early 330d used the M57 engine, then they started fitting the N57 (some time in 2008 I think). But I don't know much about those.

I think I'd want a 330i in an E93 - it'll sound better when the roof is down.
