Change oil every 10k miles
Millers Eco max in every tank or premium fuel
Transfer case fluid 40k miles
Gearbox oil 60k miles

No vacuum leaks but at 100k miles it has started to feel a bit sluggish in the lower RPM range. No fault codes. No idea. Doesn’t have a remap.

Wondering what else to check / maintain.

EGR sticking can cause this.

I would get the codes scanned, at 100k probably best to buy something like Carly to keep and eye on things.

EGR not working properly doesn't always set off an EML on the dash, but will log a code.
It will also mean the car can't do a DPF regen, so as that fills up with soot it will restrict air flow too.

Yep the EGR looks pretty bad. Took it apart today. Went out to get some EGR cleaner. Thick sludge build up. Makes me wonder what the inlet tracts look like.

It will be the same it is one of the reasons walnut blasting is the in thing to do as there is no cleaning of the EGR area, inlet manifold etc. because there is nothing "solvent" based to minimise those deposits.
