BMW servicing near Warwick

[otymbj]

Long time lurker first time poster here - finally looking for some help which I've not been able to search for:

Does anybody have experience with Autotech in Warwick for car servicing? I'm trying to find somewhere that isn't a main dealer in/near Warwick which can do a standard service for my BMW and these have come up but their reviews are either old and good or new and terrible:

Can anyone confirm/refute the most recent review with their own stories and give me confidence in using them? Alternatively can anyone suggest an alternative garage they've had good experiences with around here?

Thanks for your help,

Andy
