F30 340i Rear Caliper change

Hello chaps,

I bought myself a F30 340i M-Sport but unfortunately it didn't come with the M-Sport blue brakes. My blunder really.

From my investigation the front calipers are the same as the M-Sport just not in blue. The hubs and discs also look visually the same. Happy to be corrected by someone more knowledgeable.

I want to change the rear calipers for the M-Sport versions (I'll have them painted to match the fronts)

What would I need to change? The disc and caliper? Is there something else I need to consider?

Do they not also come with slightly larger discs? My 335d is the same, and would have specced it with the blue brakes but not convinced about spending that much on retrofitting them for what must marginally better performance.

What I have read the performance is negligible on the road or even fast road. Its only on the track where the slightly bigger discs add to cooling. I don't think I'll notice. I just want the nicer looking calipers.

Also I have read that the pad size is the same so actually the pad contact patch is the same.
