bmw f20 service

hi qq guys


i got my 1 series f20 oil service done at bmw

then i checked my cars computer for the service history update before i left .

it wasn't updated so i asked the guy at bmw and he said bmw need to send a online msg to my car to update it and may take a few days ...its been a week and still hasn't updated .


that sounds like bollex to me...or is this true ? before i call him up and tear him a new one

I'm pretty certain they can connect a diagnostic computer and reset the service. Have you tried looking on youtube to see if there is a method of reseting via the onboard system?

Twice they forgot with me , they just did it on site in no time.

just find it stupid he made up this story when i was literally standing in front of him

just called them and spoke to another guy and he said just come in and well plug in computer and sort it



why did the other guy lie !?
