BMW X5 E70 Front Heater Blowers Not Working

All four front heater blowers aren't blowing any air at all. The rear blower and windscreen blowers are all working fine but nothing comes out the centre or side vents at the front.

Did some research on google and have tried changing the VSR but no change. The fan is blowing and speed increases or decreases with the fan speed controller but nothing comes out.

Only other thing i can think of is something obstructing the ductwork, I assume it would be a physical barrier rather than a blockage as nothing is coming through. Either that or its missing a section of duct but I cant see anything so would have to be behind the dash.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Checked the filter, even tried taking it out whilst I tested to see if air was coming through but nothing comes out of the vents

We've had a recall for an issue with heater controls. Might be worth you checking with BMW if you're car's affected.

It's been in for the recall, held off changing the VSR until after it had been to them in case it fixed it but it didn't

I’d check for DTC’s.

Could be a blocked or knackered motor (Diverter)
