F10 msport steering wheel replacement

Hi all
Got a new steering wheel to replace my msport one - same wheel just retrimmed and tried swapping over...... wheel has paddleshift - how do you disconnect the blue plugs - tried everything but didn’t want to break..... in sure there’s an easy answer but it’s driving me nuts!!
