BMW 3 Series E93

[Saunton8]

Hi, I have just changed my BMW 3 series M Sport convertible 2011 Model year, with a professional Sat. Nav, and CD/Radio. When I used the CD, the track names appeared, and the Sat. Nav was full screen.
I have just PX'ed it for a lower mileage BMW 3 Series M SPORT Plus Convertible 2011, this car has business Sat.Nav and business CD/radio.

The new car - the CD player does NOT show the album OR TRACK NAMES, also the Sat.Nav. is only 3/4 the size.

Does anyone know if there is a way for the CD player to show album name and track names??????????
