Picture's rotated but as far as I can see that's a scratch, not a vent.

No it’s only a 3 series. E90 Parked far bigger cars that that with ease. Annoyed with myself a bit, but I’ll get it painted.

Sadly it happens however careful you are.

I was parking an even smaller E87 (1 Series) in a slip-road by some shops so wanted to tuck it in on a curved kerb, but it was so high I scraped the sill. banghead

Sorted by Chips Away!

Well they are a franchise, so what you get is as good as the guy doing it.

I had mine done in Bracknell, Berks and he did a great job - but it might be worth looking for some local reviews before you commit.

Had parts repainted 5 times now by them . Bloke was from Camberley. Shonky, but only as good as the operator. Just take it to a warm, dust free body shop. Daughter had a similar scrape and the bodyshop said £75 to do it.

Ok thanks, I’ll have a look at some of their reviews and do some research into a local body shop.

That's very useful to know as I live in the Camberley area - thanks. thumbup

I got mine done a few years ago when I was working in Bracknell.

Don't get me wrong Mattie, I am fully sympathetic but I am also relieved to read that quote. I have a F30 and I find it a pig to park. I thought I was losing skill due to advancing age but now I can blame the car!
