330e MSport - Preconditioning for dep

1st world problem I know but the precondition heating for departure has worked well on both the pre set time and via the mobile app, but has suddenly stopped working. Battery is at 98% pre departure as I am aware it has to be over 50% before the function will work and temp set to 28deg on both sides of the car.
No fault codes evident. Any ideas before I buy a first scraper and gloves!
