Smell when warm on new 520d

Picked up a brand new pre reg 520d two weeks ago, now on 700 miles

Noticed when the car is warm and idling or reversing a smell, kind of oil like.

Any ideas what it could be?

I think it may be a packaging lubricant? Surprised if it’s an oil leak on brand new car
