I have just taken possession of a red M135i 2020. I know lots of people don't like the looks but I really do - with the exception of the front grill !
So I bought a replacement glossy black one(genuine BMW) thinking I could easily fit it myself having fitted one to the previous model with relative ease.
Not so this one !

Can anyone help me with instructions/video, hint, tips etc on how to do this ?

By the way, with virtually any recent BMW, the official way to remove grilles is to take the bumper off. Often you'll find that by loosening off the top of the bumper, you can get enough space to get a hand/arm/long screwdriver in there to get the existing grilles out.
Keep us posted!

My dealer swapped mine for free when I bought the car, perhaps might be worth asking them??

With the new grill in hand.... do they look like Once only fixings ?

If I’m looking at that workshop manual correctly, you’ve got to simultaneously release 16 fixings, after you’ve removed the front bumper ?

If so, there’s only one way I’d be doing that job, and it would involve the customer looking away for 5 seconds biggrin
