That seems a decent spec. There'll be guys in the BMW subforum that'll likely be better clued up, perhaps a mod will move the thread.

Nice seing decent specced E9X. So many of them just have the basics but not much beyond.

In the 'Gassing Station' bit of the forum, scroll a bit down and it's down there, Link here: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?h=0&...

There's also a good couple pages on facebook which are handy for various bits and bobs, if you're on facebook. I know one of them is "E92/E93" specific and there's also a more generic "E9X" one, too.

An e9* with full leather, not sure I've ever seen one with that before with the leather on the dash roll top and tops of door cards etc...

I'm rather confused. BMW built over a quarter of a million E93s, which is nearly 70% the number of coupés, so they're by no means rare. In terms of spec, what's listed is fairly typical.

I'm also confused why rarity matters. Surely if a car's good and if a spec's good, then lots of people buy them. This is the case for the E93, which is a good thing isn't it? Rare cars are normally either a bit pants, like the Megane cabriolet, or very occasionally they're deliberately built in small numbers, which certainly never applies to mainstream cars like BMWs.

Really, Rob?
Been looking in Autotrader for sometime now. The only other E93 that had similar spec was an ex-demo 335i. How many E93s can you point to with the spec on mine, or better?

There are 12 E93 325i cars for sale on Pistonheads alone. That’s not rare by anyone’s definition.

Of course if you want your exact spec it’s going to be rare, but that goes for every car ever made. That’s like saying daisies are rare because no two are exactly the same.

Are you being deliberately obtuse?
I’m talking about the spec, not the make/ model of car.
Challenge you to find one as loaded.
Plus the FBMWSH, one owner, 6 month warranty and under 50k miles.
And all for under £7k.

It sounds quite rare. I'm kinda jealous, I've been looking for something similar and maybe you have the only one!

If only I could go back in time and spec one from new.

I guess if you go down far enough every car will be rare/unique!

If it makes you feel warm & fuzzy having something unique (even if there are thousands of 'similar' cars out there) then I don't see any harm in you thinking that way,

I think op is saying the spec is rare.
I own a rare BMW, it’s about as desirable as AIDS though, rarity is no guaranty it will be valuable.

Sure, no problem:

Here's a 325i E93 convertible for £8k with full leather and 39k on the clock: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

This one's £6k with 59k miles and full leather, pro audio etc: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

Yeah, I guess so. My daily driver is unusual in that it's a 530d saloon with split fold rear seats. I wouldn't call it rare though in the way that a Renault Spider is rare, it's just a very common and perfectly normal car with an unusual option. As I said above, it's like saying a daisy or a snowflake is rare because they're all different. It's on odd word to use.
