BMW E91 335d gearbox issues
Discussion
Having a few new issues with the car.
Its currently throwing the common ABS/DSC/Flat Tire faults at me, a known issue with the ABS sensors. (I have new sensors waiting to go in when the weather plays ball)
But the last 2 times I've driven the car its done something completely new. This has happened when the ABS/DSC/Flat Tire warning lights are not on
If I'm just cruising along and go to overtake someone, when I hit the throttle hard it just revs the engine with no acceleration. It seems to be doing it in 3rd and 4th gear. It feels like a clutch is depressed and your just revving the engine. Very odd feeling in an auto.
There are no new warnings and when I code read it comes up with nothing except the known Speed Sensor issue.

What's the year/mileage on this and had it had a gearbox service?
I had an issue on my 330d with the 6 speed auto where if the car was parked overnight on a hill the next day it had no drive for a few/up to 10 seconds, like you say was like it was revving with the clutch in. I had the fluid changed and filter (which is part of the sump) cleaned, and it's been fine since - the garage said possibly either fluid had reached end of life and wasn't circulating when cold or it was low on fluid.
A gearbox oil service isn't expensive and as you have no fault codes might be worth investigating.
