Brake Booster Servo Valve Question
Discussion
Dear all,
I have an 02 E46 320
I am looking to temporarily remove the hose that leads into the brake booster servo however I am told it is a single use valve. Yet on the below video at 4 minutes in you can see 50skid just pull it out. Can someone please advise if I can simply pull it out, if so would it require brute force? I have not been able to pull the hose out of the valve either but someone on youtube said they used some pliers and gently pulled on the hose at the very top of the plastic tube it sits around on the valve. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance.

Thank you Helix for your response, this looks like it might be a useful site for me in future!
Unfortunately this is not how it works on an original BMW setup, the hose does not have clips which it is referring the reader to remove. The hose itself is fitted onto a valve that has ridged edges to it so that you can push a pipe onto it and not be able to remove afterwards. The article is looking at it from the perspective of someone who has already 'been there and done that' in regards to removing the pipe and putting it back on using 'clips'.
