640 F06 Bumper and Headlight washer removal advice

[SpidermanBrummie]

I plan to remove my bumper to replace a headlight.

I'm unsure how the headlight washer is connected to the bumper.

Is it just the small plastic cover or are the jets connected to the bumper?

Can anyone advise, please?
