Could somene please point me in the direction of the "best" UK biased forum.

Never ever owned a BMW but drawn towards the 5 series based Alpina car 3ish years old.

It’s a good place, friendly and knowledgable bunch. Relatively quiet but that is to be expected given it’s a forum dedicated to an obscure manufacturer that produces fewer than 2000 cars a year. “Best” is moot since “only” is the appropriate adjective.

I had a close look round an Alpina Green G30 B5 at my local Sytner recently. Sadly I was unable to take it for a spin due to the Covid restrictions at the time but it is a stunning looking motor inside and out; an absolute beast. If you do end up getting one then do stick a post up about here here and/or on the Register.

It will be green complete with "old skool" side stripe/decal.

Have owned many Mercedes and rather then opt for an E63 may go for a 3ish year old B5.

Chances are it will be next year unless see something that I am smitten with.
