E31 840ci - Is it a sport model?

I'm looking at a BMW 840ci, which claims to be a sport model. It has the correct front bumper, correct wing mirrors but from the pictures it is hard to tell if it has the CI Sport rear bumper.

Is there any definitive way to tell?

1997 99 model year and Sport seats is a definite...

As above, the only meaningful differences are the bumpers, mirrors and seats. Note that the rear bumper itself isn't different, it's just an additional valance between the exhausts on the sport model.

An original sport should also have the sport designation on the V5C as part of the model name.
