F32 M Sport 440i splitter

Hi all,

I have been a cretin and cracked the front splitter on my F32 in two places, which has the performance aero pack or whatever it's called. Just had a quote for this black piece of plastic and BMW want £1300 to supply and fit.

Part number is B51.19.2.408.993

Is there a more sensibly priced, well fitting aftermarket one that looks similar to OEM as I don't want it to look Max Power, it's quite subtle.

Assuming it was the proper carbon fibre one given the cost?

Whatever you do, don't replace it with the cheaper plastic ones that are available. They're not very strong at all and mine snapped in half at ~120mph in my old 420d.

It is black gloss plastic- not carbon

Can get these from fast lane styling, mstyleUk etc etc all for under £150

That’s very good of you thanks. I will investigate and report back. I loved the £400 to fit said bit of plastic, too. Been getting my cars serviced there for 11 years too.
