X5M or X5 M competition

Just about to pull the plug and buy an X5. Had Range Rovers for 10 years, but current customer experience has made me jump to another brand.
Really like the X5 45e, but fancy a bit more poke.
So, should I go for the X5 Competition, or save myself £20k and just go for the X5M, its still fast enough at 0-60 in 4.5 secs and interior is pretty much the same,
Thoughts ?

I love X5ms. Are you buying new or 2rd hand ? Lease / cash ?

My understanding is that if your buying new then the only model available is the X5M comp ?

The issue with these cars is the depreciation in year 1 / 2.

Joe Achilles did a youtube video comparing new / old X5m.

For me, I would buy a 2/3 year old model for £40K and save the cash.

I ended up with the X5M, couldn't justify the extra wedge for the newer car.

To clarify, it would be a new X5 M50i , and I think that video has made up my mind. No to the Competition, stick with the M50i
