What car is this headlight from?
Discussion

Before moving house last month I had a clearout. I sold a Golf turbo on ebay and sent it off.
They made three delivery attempts and then said they were returning it to me.
I then moved house and forgot about it.
House buyer sent me a message to say this turned up for me. Clearly not a turbo.
In the packaging was the original label with the address I sent to. All I can think of is this person must have bought multiple car parts and put the wrong address....then in returning them they have got the labels mixed up.
So..... looks like I have a headlight. But whats it for and is it worth me going to pick it up?

Thanks both - they look so similar!
Looks like the 5 would be worth 200-400 on ebay completed listings and the E90 would be about £40
£40 wouldn't cover the petrol never mind the time to pick it up.
I doubt hermes will care they delivered the wrong parcel but will of course tell them as someone is missing their headlight!

Agree with above, looks like LCI E90 Xenon headlamp.
I think it'll be worth a lot more than £40.

Depending on whether the headlight is standard halogen, xenon or "AHL" which I think are the active bending ones, then the OE price from BMW will be anything from £350 to £900 each was8v said:

Well it seems Hermes were interested after all and have picked it up.
I wonder if I will ever see my turbo again
Well the plot thickens. The headlight has arrived at my house! I wonder if I will ever see my turbo again
Part number 63.11-7 202 592.9 which i think BMW speak for 7202592 ?
AHL-xenon headlight, right
Seems that that part number has been superceeded?
Anyone want it?
