N13 picture puzzle challenge!

Can anyone point me in the direction of the torx bolt which fits in the highlighted hole below in a 2013 116i:



Looking at my bro in law’s car and found this finger tight with a couple of mm thread exposed and leaking oil. Just trying to find out what it’s for and is it just sealing an oil gallery. Interesting it’s right next to the exhaust vanos solenoid which is sometimes throwing an error code. I’ve tightened it of course.

I think we have a winner! I only saw a couple mm of thread but losing that would not be good I imagine!
