What exactly did you need warranty for? HPFP/Injectors/NOx sensors?
Main ones - turbos replaced twice (would have been expensive!!), water pump, whole fuel system (front to back), alternator, couple of small engine oil leaks, a few other things. The warranty has paid for itself many times over. However, in the last 2 years - nothing has gone wrong.

Good stuff, however I suspect all your dampers will be very worn out. (Based on removing 95k dampers from my 2009 335d which had just passed a main dealer MOT with no suspension advisories).
My last full service was done by K&M Autotechnic in Windsor. Asked them to look at the steering suspension too, due to the occasional creaks. They said that nothing needs to be replaced at the moment.
