2012-2015 118i F21 buyers guide?

Hey guys first post here.
Im in the market for a 2013 118i as a little runabout. Im specifically looking for a 118i with the M-packet extras.

Im going to see a nice one (judging by the advert) next week or so. It's a 3 door 118i, 66000 miles/107000 KM, 2013 reg, M-sport extras, hex cloth/alcantara interior, Alpina White etc.

Bodywise the car is perfect, interior too. Im more focused on the mechanical aspect etc.

I know to look out for the timing chain, coolant system, noisy rack and whiny diff, but aside from that, I don't know what else.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a buyers guide on the f21, or maybe give me some extra things to look out for?

Im still learning about these cars, so my bad if anything is incorrect - Learning resources are welcome.

The diff and cooling system are OK on the F21. The chain will be worn anything past 50k but it's not a massive job to replace. Oil leaks and rattly turbo heat shields are common - this is the lovely* N13 MINI/PSA Prince engine.

I would pay a bit more and get a later 3 cyl one if possible.
